As the Digital Design Manager at Coloplast, my primary focus is on leading and supporting the UI/UX design team while ensuring our global digital products align with Coloplast’s master brand and business objectives. I work closely with the UX and Senior Design Managers to drive the digital design agenda, establishing best practices and ensuring consistency across teams. 


Part of my role is also to guide the development and adoption of the Coloplast Design System, making sure our designs are user-centric, accessible, and scalable. I’m responsible for setting the vision for our digital experiences, ensuring that they not only reflect Coloplast’s values but also create seamless, user-friendly journeys across all digital touchpoints.
